We’re also small enough for you to find your fit and personal passion with a team of dependable, innovative thinkers who are developing their careers within a diverse, inclusive, empowering environment. **We are seeking our next Global Brand Leader to be** **instrumental in:** * Designing and implementing the global brand strategy for Cummins to contribute to the company’s growth aspirations. * Leading the expansion of brand refresh to geographies beyond NA and audiences beyond B2B customers. * Redefining the scope of Cummins’ Brand function and future-proof it in line with evolving internal and external business and functional trends. * Overseeing daily brand operations, ensuring continuous enhancements for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. * Driving quantifiable improvements in the use of brand investments. **Here are additional ways you will make an impact:** + **Communications Planning and Execution:** Develop and implement strategic communications and marketing plans to align with Cummins' strategies and objectives. + **Team Leadership:** Manage, coach, and mentor professional and hourly staff, providing guidance, direction, and appropriate delegation. + **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build, lead, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, leaders, and vendors. + **Project and Vendor Management:** Lead and coach on project, account, and vendor management, ensuring effective execution + **Content Creation:** Write, edit, and create content and strategic messaging that adheres to Cummins' style guide + **Brand Management:** Represent and champion the Cummins brand, ensuring consistency in messaging and perception. + **Data-Driven Decisions:** Set targets for and utilize metrics, data, and analytics to drive decisions. + **Digital Strategy:** Understand and champion digital tools, trends, and channels with stakeholders. **Qualifications** **To be successful in this role you will need the following:** + **Customer Focus:** Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. + **Brand Management:** Creating competitive advantage through brand recognition and positioning. + **Creative Communication Design:** Presenting compelling messages through storytelling and appropriate media tools. + **Data Analytics:** Interpreting and communicating qualitative and quantitative data to drive business insights. + **Digital Media Savvy:** Leveraging digital media strategies to influence target audiences. + **Organizational Savvy:** Maneuvering through complex organizational dynamics. **Education/Experience** + College, university, or equivalent degree in communications, marketing, or a related field required. + MBA, Master’s in Communications, Master’s in Marketing, or equivalent degree highly preferred. + Preferred experience in digital trends, business metrics, paid vs. organic advertising content. Global perspective and experience are preferred. + Preferred graphic design skills and visual communications capabilities. We expect this new team member to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. **Compensation and Benefits** Base salary range: 114,400.00– 171,600.00 Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
