Unilever is currently hiring for a Global Assistant Brand Manager - Lifebuoy based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

This role sits in the Lifebuoy Global Marketing team reporting to a Senior Global Brand ManagerThe scope of the role primarily focuses on designing mixes for Vietnam Lifebuoy but will also extend to leading global project for Lifebuoy brand that might see relevance in more markets outside of Vietnam as well.Vietnam is a strategic priority for Lifebuoy – it is the 3rd largest market for Lifebuoy globally and therefore one of the 3 design markets for Lifebuoy globally – and the intent is to grow the market via rapid premiumizationThe role requires close collaboration country BU marketing team on creating exciting roadmap for the next 3-5 years.This role requires the need to craft and accelerate premium portfolio in Vietnam

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the global BG team based in Vietnam and will collaborate with teams from key markets such as well as those that are part of the Global Brand Markets

Working on roadmap for future growth by identifying key trends and consumer insights, translating them into growth opportunities in VietnamEffectively partnering with cross functional teams (CMI, R&D, Supply Chain, Artwork Excellence, Fragrance Team) to ensure successful and OTIF launchesCollaborate with agency partners (Mullen LOWE and Elwood and others) to craft successful communication with best in class digital and content strategies.Working closely with key stakeholders in markets to monitor in market execution against agreed KPSs, review effectiveness of project implementation, to propose corrective actions where needed and required.Provide sharp and clear Brand Guidelines and Guidance to Market to enable consistent multiyear execution to build strong brand equity.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing in Vietnam, including BU/BG marketing roleCandidate must have proven track record of local Vietnam marketing role in the companyCandidate must have strong understanding of market data, mix and communication development and brand buildingCandidate with experience working with local markets to localise global plans would be preferredCandidate understands the world of Hygiene and Personal Care and are truly connected to Gen Z consumers
