Job Summary 


The Learning and Development Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering the Global Services Learning Curriculum and supporting Worldwide (WW) campaigns.  


The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented professional with a passion for driving effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities 


1. Delivery of Global Services Learning Curriculum (40%) 

Program Management: Own all aspects of the GS Learning Curriculum, including:  Designing, scheduling, and supporting external facilitator-led sessions. Ensuring program enrolments are maximized by tracking sign-ups and follow-ups. Forecast future needs Leading Communications and Marketing related to the program Coordinating with external facilitators to ensure readiness and timely delivery. Managing contracts, program logistics Gather and analyse e participant feedback to ensure continuous improvement and evolution. Curriculum Planning: Develop the 2026 Global Services Learning Curriculum in alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.  Performance Monitoring: Analyse program effectiveness, report key insights, and recommend improvements for future sessions. 

2. Shared Services Relationship Management (20%) 

Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the liaison between Worldwide L&D functions and Shared Services teams to manage workflow.Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with L&D teams and SS to streamline processes, and enhance service delivery. Identify and rectify potential points of failure. Relationship Building: Foster strong, collaborative relationships to ensure alignment and support for the GS curriculum and functional learning needs. Manage the relationship with meeting and events team. Ensuring all the sessions are run smoothly with METs team support. keep on top of any issues and troubleshooting 

3. BST Worldwide Campaigns L&D representative (40%) 

Campaign Development: Support global learning initiatives, such as Learning Month, by contributing to objectives, content creation, and delivery. Content Creation: Develop session decks, interactivities, and engagement strategies in collaboration with Learning Experience (LX) designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Ownership of Topics: Lead the end-to-end content development for 1-2 key topics, including complementary materials, ensuring alignment with global strategies. 

Who You'll Work With

Education: Bachelor’s degree. Experience:  Proven success in managing external facilitators and vendor relationships. Experience collaborating with global teams and diverse stakeholders. L&D experience including managing multiple courses and virtual  learning for large audiences an asset Skills:  Strong project management and organizational abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Previous Knowledge of SABA, EDCAST or other MPS and LXPs preferred Excels, Salesforce and Slack Block Kit skills also an asset Attributes:  Collaborative mindset with strong relationship management capabilities. Passion for continuous learning and improvement. Innovative thinker with a focus on learner engagement.
