Role description:
The Global Business Analyst is part of a Global Business Analyst sub-team within the Global FP&A team. The Global Business Analysts work together closely in a dynamic environment responding to changing business needs to provide high quality reporting and insights for the Group Controller, ELT and Investor Relations team.
Reporting directly to the Global Business Analyst Director, the successful candidate will support in providing value adding insight and analysis of group performance. The candidate will work in collaboration with our high performing local and global finance teams, including Business Areas, GBAs, Enabling Functions, BI&A and project management evaluating core business performance, addressing business needs and supporting in data quality across internal reporting platforms.

department to combine day-to-day business with continuous process improvement,
integration of new entities and due diligence of potential acquisitions. The Global Business Analyst will become part of a dedicated team of finance professionals supporting senior management in successfully moving Arcadis into the next growth phase.
Role accountabilities:
Support the Global Business Analyst Director with analysis of monthly and quarterly results and contribution to monthly and quarterly decks. Supports with validation, review and analysis of performance including value-adding insights for the Business Areas (BAs) and subject matter assigned. Works closely with BAs to review and understand performance including submission requirements to ensure timely reporting and consistent approach across BAs and Global Business Areas (GBAs). Works closely with the GBA and Global FP&A with monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasting, and planning cycles. Supports Global FP&A and GBA teams in improving the quality of management reports and business analysis. Supports review of accuracy of reports to be issued including External press release. Supports with validation to ensure consistency of financial information across reporting platforms (OneStream, Power BI, Oracle). Performs reporting platform tests (OneStream) to support updates and improvements on process workflows. Responsible for organizing Group reporting calendar, reporting memo and planning activities for Group FP&A. Supports in identifying areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes. Support the quarterly Forecast and annual Budgeting cycles led by the Global FP&A team. Supports Global FP&A with ad hoc analysis as requiredQualifications & Experience:
The candidate ideally is qualified accountant or equivalent by experience, relevant experience working in medium/large global organization is preferred.

Self-starter with excellent time management skills and strong collaboration and team skills Enthusiastic, pro-active, innovative and result driven attitude.
