As a Global Business and People Analyst, you will be responsible for research, analysis and presentation of significant data to identify program and process improvement opportunities for the Global Business and People partner team and other internal organizations. Your subject matter expertise will be valuable in mentoring others within the Global Business and People Partnering organization on reporting and analytics for new and existing processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Establish key performance indicators, metrics, and Dashboards for Global Business and People Partners (GBPP) and other key stakeholders.Create standardized reports connected with People programs that enable business review of impact to business results.Understand the impact of People program alignment to business needs and identify gaps and prepare for future needs.Create and monitor metrics, data and processes to measure success of GBPP team, facilitate reviews and improvement actions.Work in partnership with Finance/WFA/Business and People Partners to create accurate real time HC reports on one platform.Partner with People functions and Business and People Partners to design People programs and processes, drive system functionality, align processes, and enable report-ability.Understand the voice of the customer on program readiness and complexities, and how data/analytics can be utilized to support business objectives.Partner with GBPPs to get a core and common understanding of key businesses priorities.Drive efficient program processes, communications and reporting consistency globally.Anticipate and address trends and issues impacting the business and provide insights, recommendations, tools and solutions.Provide solutions and recommendations through data analysis to enable GBPP team to proactively provide input to leaders.Ensure consistent and efficient utilization of data tools and systems.Benchmark industry standards for data/analyticsProvide subject matter expertise and training to Business and People Partners to increase capabilities in data and analytics.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Intelligence, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related fieldMinimum 12 years of relevant experience Self-motivated and service oriented with strong data mining, analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong persuasive and diplomatic verbal and written communication skillsProven track record of analyzing and manipulating data to understand trends, create meaningful reports, and drive decision makingDemonstrable ability to drive the development, documentation and implementation of business processesProficient in the use of standard systems and tools to manipulate and manage data (SAP, HRIS, SQL Server, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, etc.)Proficient in the use of standard process modeling software to document processes and proceduresAbility to identify, understand and communicate the interdependencies and impact of HR programs and processes across the organizationExperience deploying system changes in a production environmentMicron experience preferred."The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited.
