All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth. **YOUR ROLE** + Determine how to best capture and interpret customer, and potential customer, data from a range of sources and communicate the findings across functions + Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to learn what motivates customer, and leverage this data in support of business interests + Lead on customer propensity analysis and leverage this intelligence to improve marketing strategy as well as design research programs to address business needs + Synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable B2B customer insights and recommendations + Identify customer unmet needs and research tactical and transformation solutions + Manage data quality and ensure actionable uses organization wide + Provide expert advice on the best analytical tools and software + Develop a strategic data transformation plan and communicate this framework to relevant stakeholders **YOUR SKILLS** + Bachelor’s degree in data science and engineering, Maths, Statistics or related field – MBA is a plus + 10+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence related fields + Strong numerical and statistical skills - ability to apply creative analytical methods to solve problems and expertise leveraging analytical tools + Customer-centric approach – broad industry experience is a plus + Ability to deliver work that has numerous tactical applications in a clearly visual form + Managerial skills driving teams specialized in Business Intelligence At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
