This is a full-time non-exempt level position.
General
The NA Shared Services Center has an opening for a full-time Process Specialist in the Coupa Supplier Enablement team. This position will be located in the Decatur office. This job will have flexible hours able to accommodate most schedules. The successful candidate will be engaged in a wide variety of activities focused around finance and controlling processes. The position will utilize many of ADM's systems, including JDE, IBM, Informatica and Microsoft Office.
Experience:High School DiplomaAssociates Degree PreferredCoupa Experience PreferredAccounts Payable Experience PreferredJob Requirements:
Technical and Performance Skills DesiredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, etc.) Experience with Coupa is preferredAbility to function independently in a deadline oriented environmentProblem solving and analytical skillsFlexible, willing to do what it takes to get the task completed within given time frameDependable and desire to learn with a positive attitudeAbility to effectively communicate and facilitate with individuals internal and external to the organizationExcellent customer service skillsStrong attention to detailResponsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service for ADM’s Internal and External Customers by efficiently working to resolve internal and external Coupa issues.Effectively plan to define outcomes, identify changes, and implement solutions.Ensure compliance with all ADM policies and procedures.Recommend, develop, and implement process and system improvements to continuously improve efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen controls.Effectively partner with other internal departments to accomplish tasksWork efficiently and expediently to accomplish goalsIdentify essential information required for resolving supplier issues in CoupaContinually working to provide a positive Coupa experience for suppliers of ADMWork to identify and correct Coupa issuesTracking KPIs in Coupa to ensure ADM is meeting Coupa targetsEnsuring that staff is completing their duties in a timely and efficient manner and that all high priority items are being processed accordingly.Leading and supporting cross functional internal team meetingsPeriodic review for internal/external Standard Operating ProcedureLeading and supporting special projects as business dictatesGlobal Business Services Representatives will potentially have responsibility for additional job functions within the Shared Services group based on the skillset of the successful candidateExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
