**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Global Cardiometabolic FP&A Supervisor** within our Abbott Rapid Diagnostics business located at **Lake Forest, IL.** The position provides financial/business planning, reporting and analysis support to the Global Cardiometabolic and Informatics Business Unit (CMI). Additionally, this position serves as the Finance Business Partner for CMI’s R&D and Global Marketing teams.
**What You’ll Work On**
+ Coordinate planning / LBE process across Commercial, Operations, and R&D functions for Cardiometabolic as well as Informatics
+ Manage / supervise regional finance leads in Plan / LBE process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and reporting system enhancements
+ Establish, maintain, and control financial planning processes to deliver meaningful and comprehensive Plans and LBEs, assuring compliance with Division requirements.
+ Directly support the R&D business head and R&D team. Help assess R&D project performance / metrics, expense budgeting/tracking, and perform financial planning / reporting activities.
+ Directly support the Global Marketing business head and Global Marketing team. Support analysis of new product introductions, expense budgeting/tracking, and perform financial planning / reporting activities.
+ Play a leadership role in identifying trends/risks/opportunities in sales and P&L forecasts.
+ Sales forecasting/planning – assist in facilitating product level forecasts/plans and distributor trend / performance analysis
+ Preparation and consolidation of Quarterly Business Reviews / LBEs
+ Provide margin analyses, price/volume analyses and insight into sales.
+ Facilitate development and improvement of management reporting systems in order to manage/track global Afinion placements/utilization and other KPIs
+ Ad hoc financial analysis - development and reporting of key sales, financial and operating metrics which support strategy and business operations
**Required Qualifications**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA preferred
+ 6+ years of business analysis/FP&A experience
+ 4+ years data mining/manipulation and data validation skills, and data reporting
+ Sales finance and/or marketing finance experience strongly recommended
+ Strong communication skills - oral, written, and interpersonal
+ Ability to present financial data and concepts to management and non-financial personnel
+ Advanced proficiency with financial systems and tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, Salesforce.com, Qlikview Applications)
+ Minimal to no travel required.
**Preferred:**
+ CPA/MBA preferred

The base pay for this position is $83,000.00 – $166,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
