As the Global Category Manager, Resale Products & Services you will be responsible for establishing, managing and improving all aspects of strategically sourced third-party hardware solutions and services including spares parts and repair services. Your overall goal will be to maximize value, improve margin and create best practice synergies. You will continuously be developing supplier relationships and improving relevant internal and external processes. You will work in a global team and engage with operations, production, sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing alignment and support of category management or new product introduction goals and objectives.

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS Global Category Manager?

You will support the sales in terms of third-party product finalizations & pricing inputs thereby increasing the number of bidding possibilities to drive revenue increase. You will conduct strategic negotiations to optimize the business model (revenue, cost, margin, process).             You will analyze partners' performance and taking corrective action. You will contribute to achieve margins and service quality goals in accordance with the AOP.       You will assess risks and ensure business continuity.                                         You will challenge internal/external processes to optimize overall P&L.     You will develop and execute category plans to drive improvements in supplier quality, total cost effectiveness, supplier service levels, coordination, delivery, pricing, lead-times, payments and risk mitigation.

 

 

 

WHAT EXPERIENCE / SKILLS DO YOU NEED? 

You have minimum 10 years of relevant experience (ideally in purchasing third party goods & services) and experience in supply chain management, information technology or business management  You have strong analytical, negotiation and contract management skills You have trading goods, bids and tenders experience with spare parts / IT hardware  You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills You are able to make timely and sound decisions under pressure You have strong business acumen and commit to our valued system of business ethics You are fluent in Czech or Polish You can speak business English (written and spoken at min. C1 level)  You have knowledge of MS Office tools and SAP
