Family Description

Supply (SU) covers the configuration, demand, and supply planning, order management, sourcing, production, delivery, and managing the procurement activities towards our suppliers.

Subfamily Description

Procurement (PRO) associates with specifying procurement demands, selecting and contracting suppliers, maintaining the relationship to a supplier, and managing the lifecycle; including supplier performance, risk, and phase-out for all suppliers for direct material, services, and indirect material.

Knowledge & Experience

Management Experience / Achieved well-advanced skills of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organisational practice or expertise. Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth). Typically requires 5-8 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.

 

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Specific: 

Develop and implement strategic Subcontracting Services procurement plans aligned with the organization's sustainability, financial, and Business Group goals, including the exploration and execution of Master Service Agreements (MSAs).  Conduct thorough assessments of Indirect Service market dynamics in material and services related to Subcontracting services, identifying opportunities and risks for strategic procurement decisions.  Lead negotiations with Subcontracting Services suppliers to secure optimal contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.  Stay current on global Subcontracting industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance procurement strategies.  Provide expert guidance on the structuring and negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and other frame contracts.  Lead the development of innovative Subcontracting procurement initiatives, to enhance operational efficiency, cost management and environmental impact. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Subcontracting initiatives seamlessly into overall business objectives. 

 

Overall:  E2E accountability to develop/maintain Subcontracting group and supplier strategies with stakeholders, that identify new market opportunities, bring competition in providers and manage supply risks, securing business continuity and quality of service.  Supplier Relationship Management including business review with strategic and preferred Subcontracting providers.  Stakeholder relationship management collaborating with Sourcing Partners. Translation of the Subcontracting group and supplier strategies into executable sourcing plans based on actual portfolio demands​.  ​Ensures cost, availability, innovation, and quality within the sourcing plan creation and execution​. ​Drives/ executes global Subcontracting provider selection along strategy​.  ​Supplier base development, and identification of new suppliers​  ​Leading contract and price negotiations with suppliers​  Secures best T&Cs/contracting for Nokia competitiveness​.  Responsible for efficient RFx process from selection through onboarding according to the agreed strategies​  Contract life cycle management ​  Ensures compliance with procurement process, SOX, and other statutory requirements within own category​.  Anticipation and handling of changes based on supply market dynamics, Feasibility Studies​  Manages supplier performance​.  Accountable for agreed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and their reporting.  Acts as Subcontracting subject matter expert that supports management to make an informed decision.  Demonstrates experience in managing cross functional relationships and stakeholders including senior stakeholders. Confidence to lead the change process across organization as a part of approved category strategy with business stakeholders, finance, legal and procurement.

Qualifications: 

Proven track record with 7 to 10 years of experience in Subcontracting group Service/Corporate Services procurement, showcasing expertise in negotiations and contract management. In-depth knowledge of Indirect Service markets, regulations, and emerging industry trends.  Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling for strategic procurement decision-making.  Extensive experience in structuring and negotiating Subcontracting Services Agreements (MSAs) and other Frame contracts. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
