Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG), the dynamic business unit driving Lenovo’s transformation into a world-leading technology solutions and services company. SSG drives innovation, delivers cutting-edge solutions, and enables new revenue streams.

We're looking for a talented and experienced Global Channel Marketing Manager to drive the creation of channel marketing and enablement content for new offerings in our roadmap. This role is pivotal in representing SSG’s interests within the Lenovo Channel Marketing organization, ensuring alignment and success in partner-facing initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with the Offering Marketing team to support new product launches, guide the content development process, and drive adoption among channel partners.


Responsibilities:

Content Development: Lead the creation of channel marketing and enablement materials, guiding and supporting the successful introduction of new offerings to channel partners. Partner Enablement: Develop tools and resources that empower channel partners to effectively position and sell SSG’s solutions to customers. Campaign Support: Collaborate with the Lenovo Channel Marketing team to support integrated campaigns, ensuring SSG’s priorities are included and optimized for the partner audience. Launch Coordination: Work with the Offering Marketing team to ensure timely and effective channel communication and enablement for new product launches. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent SSG in channel marketing discussions, advocating for the group’s interests and ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Market Feedback: Gather insights from channel partners to inform the development of future marketing materials and offerings. 

Key Success Metrics:

Timely delivery of high-quality partner-facing content. Increased channel partner engagement and readiness for SSG solutions. Successful integration of SSG’s offerings into channel campaigns. Positive impact on sales pipeline and revenue through enhanced channel enablement.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner enablement, or a similar role, ideally within a technology or IT services organization. Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, partner dynamics, and the role of enablement in driving sales. Proven experience in developing and executing channel marketing strategies and content. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.  Strong budget management skills with a track record of resource management for content creation and campaign activation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling partner-facing messaging. Collaborative mindset and ability to influence cross-functional teams. Proactive, innovative, and results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities. 

                                                                                 

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2700 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
