Elite Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Client Director to join our high-growth SaaS organization. This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with the company’s most strategic clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. You will lead account strategies for top-tier accounts globally, leveraging your expertise in sales, account management, and customer engagement to deliver outstanding results.
What You’ll Do:
Developed and implemented comprehensive account strategies to drive client success and business growth. Built and maintained strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on business needs. Conducted quarterly business reviews, aligning cross-functional teams on account priorities and goals. Gained deep industry knowledge to effectively position Elite’s solutions for clients’ unique challenges and objectives. Consistently exceeded quarterly and annual sales targets by driving conversion, expansion, and renewals for strategic accounts. Identified upselling and cross-selling opportunities, transitioning clients from on-premises to cloud-based solutions. Delivered impactful product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase Elite’s capabilities and value. Partnered with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver seamless, tailored client solutions. Managed complex sales cycles, presenting compelling value propositions to senior leaders and C-suite executives. Tracked and reported key performance metrics using CRM tools like Salesforce to guide strategy and optimize processes.What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred. 7-10 years of proven success in SaaS sales and account management, with a focus on high-value, strategic accounts. Extensive experience selling ERP/financial applications and managing C-suite relationships. Strong background in selling sophisticated SaaS solutions, preferably to the legal industry. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of elite accounts globally. Results-driven, with a track record of exceeding sales targets in high-growth environments. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual. Strong analytical skills, with experience in ROI modeling and persuasive quantitative techniques. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-stakes accounts in a fast-paced environment. Adept at leveraging CRM tools, including Salesforce. Deep understanding of the legal marketplace and its unique business operations is a plus.Benefits:
