Reporting to the Global Head of Alpha Operations & Investment Analytics (AO&IA) and working as a key member of the AO&IA management team, this individual will take a global leadership role in managing our client service activities in relation to our Performance & Analytics business.
For the individual, this role encompasses direct client responsibilities and also oversight of our global client base through a specialized servicing team situated across in North America, EMEA and APAC.
Responsibilities include maintaining extensive client contact including establishing relationships with client senior level management, delivering expertise and excellent client service, consulting with clients and internal groups on new products, services, and industry insights, providing project leadership for clients experiencing change, onboarding and transformation.
What You Will Be Responsible ForIndividual ResponsibilitiesThe Global Client Lead, Performance & Analytics, will:
Be responsible for the management of complex client accounts
Be responsible for strategic day-to-day management and the maintenance of successful long-term relationships of assigned accounts
Implement policies and procedures in relation to the PA Client Sentiment and Retention Program to deliver an excellent service and experience to our clients
Ensure superior client satisfaction by acting as an advocate for clients and proactively identifying client issues, resolving these and driving to closure
Lead client service activities internally and directly with clients that relate to change, implementation and transformation projects
Keep executive management informed of new developments, service issues, client sentiment, and new business opportunities
Partner strongly with the Operations group to identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization and increased client usage of preferred tools and solutions
Work closely with the Product group to support the execution of our product strategy, share market insights and client feedback on our product offerings
Work with the Sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities
Managerial ResponsibilitiesAs the Global Client Lead, Performance & Analytics, you will:
Ensure direct reports are provided with adequate support to fully achieve all desired objectives in their relevant role
Encourage and facilitate open dialogue, one to one meetings and career development planning for all direct reports
Provide clear guidance and management of direct reports to ensure they fully understand their responsibilities in terms of work objectives, client deliverables and expected levels of professionalism
Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the scope of managerial responsibilities & the competence / proficiency of the staff reporting to you
Ensure staff have clear lines of reporting, authority levels, objectives and progress is reviewed regularly in line with company policy
Develop effective working relationships and communications with staff and ensure that staff are motivated, developed and supported
Establish and monitor systems of control, limits of delegation and escalation procedures so that the business complies with internal policies and external regulations and can be managed effectively
Ensure that appropriate management information is produced and reviewed at appropriate intervals
Establish and oversee the development of a risk culture within the business and ensure business line accountability for risk management and measurement
Support a culture of effective challenge to ensure appropriate governance

Salary Range:
$225,000 - $337,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
