The clinical application engineer serves as the core clinical knowledge of the product development and/field support phase for SPECT/CT, PET/CT and radiology reading solutions. Your main responsibilities include:
Gathering, prioritizing, and shaping user requirements.Designing new applications and features.Close collaboration with cross-functional engineering groups to feed customer needs into detailed engineering design requirementsCollaboration with the marketing and sales teams to shape product value proposition.Apply/lead statistical/quantitative analysis to improve image quality, phantom analysis, and external evaluations.Supporting product life cycle activity such as usability, user manuals, application training, regulatory submissions, clinical evaluation summary report, medical evaluations, and product pilots.Work in close collaboration with customers, internal/external stakeholders. Supporting the field with advanced customer queries.Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics or related disciplineStrong understanding of physics and modality imaging fundamentals> 3 years’ experience in clinical applications, system engineering or similar role in medical imagingStrong oral and written communication skills. Ability to present and communicate fluently in English and Hebrew.Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, working both independently and in a teamPreferred qualifications:
Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics or related disciplineExternal focus. Familiar with customer and market needs to be able to translate the opportunities into concrete actionsSpecific experience in CT, PET-CT or Nuclear MedicineExperience in working in global companies#LI-DNI
