The Global Commercial Intelligence Strategy Operations Leader role within the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) for Neuroscience will be the main point of contact for all the strategic projects in the Neuroscience team, as well as the lead for analytics, market research, forecasting and competitive intelligence function for Neuroscience. The role will be a core member of the GCSO Neuroscience Leadership Team and will be partner closely with senior leaders in the planning and execution of key projects. This individual will lead a team of 3 team members.
Responsibilities include:
Coordination of Strategic Projects with GCSO Neuroscience LT- Lead broad-based strategic projects for the Neuroscience TA with full accountability for successful project delivery and demonstrated business impact such as co-positioning of multiple assets. Oversight and execution of strategic deliverables for Neuroscience. Work independently to oversee multiple projects simultaneously; responsible for contributing to and independently developing business strategies.Global Commercial Insights– Lead the team that builds and maintains fact based, future-market oriented situation analyses including differentiated value propositions and target product profiles. Identifies data/insight gaps. Influences the development of benchmarks and best practices for Forecasting, Market Research and Intel leveraging in- and external best practices, from within the TA and beyond. Has a drive to innovate and evolve the way Commercial Intelligence is gathered and used, proactively seeks opportunities to integrate new approaches and technologies for more effective and efficient Commercial Intelligence approaches. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $163,000 to $282,900.
