Global Commercial Product Manager - Energy & Guest Room Management

What would you do as our Global Commercial Product Manager - Energy & Guest Room Management 

 

To support the growth of Vingcard, we are looking to expand the Product Management Team. Within this newly created position, you will play a key role in defining and executing development strategy of our Energy & Guest Room Management product portfolio, driving the sales of the product internally through increasing knowledge, awareness and customer relevance.  

 

You would also:  

Create and implement a multi-generational product plan with product offering, pricing/margins, channel differentiation and positioning to ensure competitive advantage and profitable growth  Capture  “voice of customer” feedback from customers and key influencers, and translate it into strategy   Develop and implement business plans to drive improvements in sales within the specific product category  Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders 

 

The skills and experience you need   
We are looking for someone who:  

   

Has strong technical background and ability to understand the product portfolio, gained in a hands-on rnd development role,  Has hands-on experience in a sales role, ideally as within technical sales  Is able to produce a business plan to support the development of the product and increase sales  Has excellent English communication skills, written and verbal;  Is able to communicate with various stakeholders at all levels  Is available to travel globally,  30-50% of the working time 

 

To succeed in this role, you need to have the ability to understand and capture customer market problems and translate them into market requirements for product development whilst also having a solid commercial background.  You are analytical and are able to understand where the focus needs to be to increase market position and drive sales of our product portfolio.
