The Global Commissions/Revenue Analyst position provides compensation expertise, analysis, and support to our fast-growing global business. This person will be responsible for the coordination, management and the support of the monthly/quarterly/annual commission programs while conducting transactional work, modeling and analysis to support leadership.Responsibilities:Supporting the market compensation reviews included but not limited to market surveys, detailed analysis, and participation in the development of annual commission structures across diverse Global groups of commissionable departments/groups.Preparation of Global monthly commissions file, including all calculations related to coworker variable compensation, while ensuring accuracy of paymentsReview, update, and complete individual commission statements for all coworkers receiving variable pay including manual adjustments for sales commission calculations (as required)Consistently review the commission process, while making applicable improvement recommendations to direct managerResponsible for ensuring accuracy and operational effectiveness across all platforms including managing revenues, commission payments in commission record-keeping systems; resolving discrepancies, delays, and errors in paymentRespond to external and internal inquiries about projects, commission compensation and quota allocation/attainmentInput compensation data into the commission databases and processing systems, and generating commission extracts within monthly deadlines accurately and in a timely mannerOversee the process of closing sales opportunities in Salesforce. Ensure all necessary information is accurately entered and updated, including deal stages, expected close dates, and revenue forecasts. Collaborate with sales representatives to verify that all required documentation and approvals are in place.Analyze current business practices and identify areas for improvement and document new processes as projects are being completed and maintain, and update manuals with current policies and proceduresRe-calculate and explain complex commissions' calculations on a broad range of products and reconcile and resolve all un-reconciled commissions' payments prior to month endMaintain and develop robust Sales attainment dashboards/processes and continuously work on process improvement within Revenue OperationsWork collaboratively with different functional departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing and Products to execute improvements in the overall operations.Qualifications:3+ years of commissions experience, preferably using CaptivateIQ or Vena2+ years of Revenue Operations experienceStrong analytical, multi-tasking and time management skillsProficient in Salesforce and MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word & OutlookStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with all as levels of managementAbility to work effectively in high growth environment and rapidly changing organizationStrong business acumen with working knowledge of Sales.Able to identify risk and discrepancies and collaboratively work to resolution#LI-RI1
