What You'll Do

In this role, you will be part of BCG's Global Compensation Centre of Expertise (COE), which oversees the strategy, management and development of consulting teams, knowledge team and business services compensation programs. You will be an integral part of the overall team which manages job evaluation, benchmarking and compensation structure design, and aids managerial decisions related to compensation programs in various BCG organization(s) and cohorts(s) Within the team, this role has a market data focus, and typical activities will include:

Managing the administration of the MarketPay market database and event calendarData preparation, validation and uploadMarketPay and WorkDay integrationMarketPay job library updatesAuditing MarketPay DataProcessing Compensation Range updatesManaging survey submissions to external data vendors (eg AON, WTW), and receipt of survey and report releasesLeading Global Role Matching exercisesReviewing and summarising of Market Data trend reportsAssisting in management and structuring of internal SharePoint sitesContributing to assigned key initiatives across the range of areas covered by Global Compensation COEContinuous improvement of processes from ideation to change 

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree required; Master/ MBA a plusMinimum 4 years of corporate experience in compensation or a related area, showing progressionFamiliarity with reward practices, compensation market data and comp modellingExperience with compensation systems (especially MarketPay) and compensation market surveys (eg AON, WTW, Mercer) a strong advantageAbility to drive analysis and processes with guidanceAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills and a strong attention to detail and accuracyExperience working across different geographies an advantage
