We are seeking an experienced Global Compensation Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation analysis, benchmarking, and storytelling with data. This role requires a results-oriented professional who can manage projects with ambiguous timelines and details. Experience with pay equity, job evaluation, and global compensation practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Analysis & Benchmarking:
Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.Utilize market data and compensation surveys to benchmark salaries and benefits.Pay Equity & Job Evaluation:
Support pay equity analyses to identify and address compensation disparities.Perform job evaluations to determine appropriate job grades and compensation levels.Global Compensation Practices:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of global compensation trends and practices.Ensure compliance with local compensation regulations and standards across different regions.Partnership with HR:
Collaborate with HR partners to address compensation-related matters and align compensation practices with business strategies.Support HR in developing and implementing compensation policies and programs.Project Management:
Support compensation projects with ambiguous timelines and details, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Track project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis and management.Proven experience in global compensation practices and trends.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.Experience with pay equity analysis and job evaluation methodologies.Proficiency in using compensation tools and software; experience with Workday is a plus.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP, GRP).Experience working in a multinational organization.Familiarity with different compensation structures and practices across various countries.
