Global Compliance & Ethics Operations Analyst (R-17176)

Global Compliance & Ethics Operations Analyst is responsible for providing program support and operational discipline to our global compliance and ethics (GCE) program and high priority and other key, complex, cross-functional compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for supporting the evolution of the compliance monitoring program and will be a key member of the Compliance team.
This role supports the Compliance Centers of Excellence, Compliance Regional leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to demonstrate program accountability and compliance in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, other legal obligations, our Code of Conduct and consistent with recognized standards, benchmarks, and industry best practices.Essential Key ResponsibilitiesOn a daily basis, conduct an initial assessment of all requests coming from the Business on the GCE Review Process, review records daily with the team, distribute emails to business partners, and create new business process records, as required.Communicate with Business Owners if additional information is needed to complete the 5Rs Review Process. These notifications come in the form of a standard email to the record owning individual.Update, review, and ensure accuracy of all required fields in business process records, in the related tracking spreadsheets, and the TrustArc platform.Review all support requests coming from the Primary & Secondary Reviewers daily and respond timely along with initiating assessments, if necessary.Support changes to the process and ensure all documentation standards are updated and accessible on a timely basis.Participate in meetings, taking notes, tracking action items, and following up on assigned tasks.Document outcomes and process improvements, as required.Assist with program investigations and cases required of the business and partners.Support the team in managing, monitoring, and continuously improving all GCE Dashboards. Prepare reports, process flows, and other documentation, as needed.Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and insights to support the GCE Program & Operations team.Conduct research, provide analysis, and support solutions to meet compliance requirements.Support project requirements related to the development and implementation of projects owned by GCE.On a daily basis and as an item of first course, perform data file upload to support the metrics in existing Dashboards. Troubleshoot any file errors upon upload and publish it via PowerBI.Support program metrics and reporting, including collection, tracking, and validation on a monthly and quarterly basis for reporting to Stakeholders.Partner with Directors and others a part of GCE to manually update data as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Monitor and help to manage shared inboxes in support of Program & Operations.Review all submitted metrics for accuracy, completion, and consistency. Generate graphs in Excel based on metrics to be presented monthly.Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree required with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
