Job Description

Hiring within UK & Ireland Only

Fixed-Term Contract: 13 months
Office-Based: In Chalfont, St. Giles UK or Cork, Ireland
Target Start Date: July / Aug 2025

Responsibilities

Support ComplianceWire Learning Management system implementation for Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) sites & functions, to allow for standard training delivery process across PDx.

Support the DI (Data Integrity) program to ensure continued compliance to Data Integrity requirements.

Support the QRM (Quality Risk Management) Program in relation to Site & Global Risk Registers & Development and delivery of FMEA training across PDx.

Support the Sterility Assurance Program to ensure compliance with new EudraLex - Volume 4 - Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines Annex 1 implementation across the PDx manufacturing sites.

Support other key activities within the Global Compliance team where needed to drive compliance improvements.

Qualifications

Undergraduate: Third-Year level and up in Bachelor of Science Degree or Engineering.

Proficient in using MS Based Applications especially MS Excel.

Desired Skills

Excellent time management and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills.

Good general computer skills

Location

This role needs to be based in the UK or Ireland to align with the core business locations and manufacturing sites.  Specifically, to enable effective communication with Asia, Europe, and America.
