About the Role: We are looking for a Global Content Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Global GORE-TEX Marketing Team. In this role, you will gain insights into content marketing strategy implementation across all utilized marketing channels for the GORE-TEX Brand.
This position is a temporary role for 24 months and will be located at our facilities in Feldkirchen-Westerham or Putzbrunn, Bavaria, with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
Responsibilities:
Apply our content marketing strategy: defining content needs and objectives across all marketing channels as an integral part of the global marketing team and working closely with our key core markets in Europe, North America and Asia Work with global channel champions and regional marketers on marketing content projects both for GORE-TEX marketing channels and marketing channels of our customers and retailers Brief, manage and lead agencies to develop new or update existing content Support agencies and employees in the use of our content management system: conducting training and maintaining support manuals for employees as well as for agencies and other service providers in the use of assets, the platform and the processes Maintain and update existing content management platforms including naming, uploading, tagging and managing all assets Maintain and evolve reasonable processes around content management; adjust processes including training and communication as needed Support the maintenance and further development of existing materials for physical and digital retail marketing Handle our retail marketing content platforms and related items: updating marketing items in order platforms and active support for marketing associates and their retail marketing needs Oversee the global retail marketing logistics process for international orders
Required Qualifications:
Degree in business/marketing/communication or equivalent related experience Experience in the creation and implementation of marketing, communication and content strategies Experience in using AI-based tools and solutions for content creation and adaptation Passion about the GORE-TEX Brand and its products High motivation to gain new insights and excited to work in an international team where you can convince with your driven and structured work ethics Excellent team player and strong networker Business fluent English in written and spoken Ability to travel 5%
