Focus: Blue Water Alliance (BWA), a joint venture with Olin Corporation and Mitsui & Co., Ltd., is seeking a Global Customer Service, Procurement and Marine Specialist.  This role is responsible for coordinating all Blue Water Alliance caustic soda sales and purchase orders and will work closely with customers, suppliers and logistics.


Global Customer Service, Procurement and Marine Trading Specialist Essential Job Functions:

Enter orders according to contractual agreements with customers Create, maintain and verify all pricing contract agreements for BWA customers Coordinate marine logistics for all BWA shipments  Manage operation of complex trade deals with global suppliers and customers including the direct buy and sell process according to negotiated terms such as documentations and payable/receivable management  Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner Global Customer Service, Procurement and Marine Specialist Minimum Requirements:   Must meet one of the following education/experience requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of recent relevant experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Manufacturing & Engineering functions, Marine Logistics or Procurement; Trading experience preferred; OR Bachelor's Degree* in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or other relevant discipline and 2 years recent relevant experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Manufacturing & Engineering functions, Marine Logistics or Procurement; Trading experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to interface with all levels of the organization, customers, and external suppliers Experience with MS Office and SAP Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
