Data Analyst, Global Digital Supply Chain and Operations

The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the Global Supply Chain and Operations function by providing data analysis support and driving related projects. The primary focus is to enable better decision making by providing timely and high-quality data to leaders. This includes development of reports and data visualizations as well as leveraging analytical techniques to identify connections, uncover insights, and make recommendations to improve performance against critical KPI’s for Supply Chain and Operations teams, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, EHSS and Procurement.

Key Deliverables

Provide timely and high-quality information and data analytics to the supply chain and operations organization to support decision making and prioritizationLeverage systems and data analytics tools to identify unique relationships between data sets and makes recommendations to deliver supply chain and operations improvementsCreate solutions to efficiently manage and consistently deliver reports and visualization to internal customers on a periodic basis (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports)Develop necessary data infrastructure and practices to efficiently consolidate data and efficiently deliver information to the supply chain and operations teamsUse internal data sources to model supply chain and operations activities and make recommendations to optimizeBuild and maintain reporting systems which provide users with access data on demandDevelops data presentation tools including charts, graphs, and other visuals for internal and external reportingDevelop SOPs, documentation, and training for any new reports and visualizationsExecute strategy to advance data analytics maturity aligned to enterprise-wide initiativesSupport tool and reporting capability creation in partnership with business teams and ITWork cross functionally to influence and drive projects to deliver overall business goalsPartner with IT teams to drive system changes and improvements which enhance our ability to convert data into useful information

Knowledge and Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Data Science, or a related fieldPrior experience working in an Operations or Supply Chain environmentAbility to translate business needs into requirements and distill insights from dataExperience in managing business intelligence and analytics applications: SAP BW reportingKnowledge of current and emerging data analysis technologies, trends, and strategic application to business needsProject management skills, including the ability to effectively deploy resources and manage multiple projects of diverse scopes in a cross-functional environmentStrong leadership capability, executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibilityDemonstrated ability to influence groups and motivate to achieve a common goalExperience using Statistical Tools with R, or MiniTabData Visualization Experience, such as Tableau, or Power BI
