Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with local offices to verify pharmaceutical company data, upholding a high level of professionalism, transparency, and open communication with local offices.Actively identify issues and work with local offices to create and implement effective solutions.Supervise and carry out production processes with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.Utilize Excel daily for data management, analysis, and visualization.Examine complex data sets and provide actionable insights to support marketing strategies.Uphold the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in all reports and presentations, ensuring reliable and consistent information.Identify processes and improve efficiency through the implementation of automation solutions.Communicate findings clearly, effectively, and tailored to the needs of stakeholders.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in pharmaceutical marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharma, Biotech).Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and promotion strategies.Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in relevant field.Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization tools.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with local offices and cross-functional teams.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.Good corporate attributes, including professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.Experience with other data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Thinkcell, PPT).Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
