Seeking a tenured subject matter expert to lead global design and execution of real estate and facilities capital investments aligned as a key pillar of the Global Real Estate delivery mandate.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Lead and oversee development and business alignment on scopes of work for constructions projects tied to real estate initiatives and supply chain transformation initiatives
+ Oversight on execution of key projects globally across asset types
+ Create full end-to-end standard work across the project management lifecycle and drive global adoption across projects in development and in flight
+ Lead co-sourced partner program dedicated and variable delivery model to enable cost effective, nimble deployment of project execution capabilities by
+ Develop agile, best in class capabilities to support lean program delivery, from A&E and GC partner program to HSE and Sustainability program rollout across due diligence, scope development and execution phases of projects
+ Work with functional partners to build toward a one-GEHC capital council program
+ Lead project management training program
+ Significant focus on execution of major transformation programs and multi-site consolidations
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college
+ 15+ years experience driving complex construction projects across a global program, across office, industrial, and lab asset types
+ Best in class excellence in project management
+ Ability to walk-in and deliver

+ Strong leadership capabilities particularly through peer leadership
+ Business process acumen in the construction management space
+ Process and detail oriented with passion for continuous improvement
+ Ability to synthesize complex information into clean, coherent due diligence packages and recommendations
+ Ability to develop and document complex scopes of work and detailed cost estimates
+ Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
