Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will work across organizations and borders as Division Cybersecurity Manager for our offerings to the market, for asset monitoring, predictive maintenance and remote support, but also for future solutions that will help our customers to keep their sites running and safe energy every day.Together with the global Product Management team and in collaboration with 80+ internal and external developers, product owners and architects, you will secure that our solutions are compliant with the latest and highest cybersecurity standards. This role is open globally, but location is set in preferred locations as Finland (Helsinki), Germany (Mannheim) and India (Bangalore). The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybridYou will mainly be accountable for:• Being responsible that relevant cybersecurity risks are identified, reported and effectively mitigated within the division.• Actively contributing to identify, manage and reduce cybersecurity risks. • Providing required level of cybersecurity requirements for offering, required standards to fulfill, threat modeling and threat assessments.• Supporting and influencing the implementation of ABB cybersecurity strategy in the Motion Services division security strategy.• Representing the division in the Group Cybersecurity Council and collaborating in the definition, development and implementation of group-level cybersecurity initiatives, policies, standards and guidelines.• Estimating the Impact of cyber threats on finance, productivity, safety, security for the division.• Creating and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of global cybersecurity risks and market requirements, including regulations and standards.• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.• Being sensitive to future technologies and trends related to cybersecurity and data privacy. • Sharing internal awareness and knowledge through training programs and driving internal cybersecurity assessments.• Supporting and participating in security reviews, assessment reviews, threat analyses with customers.• Being an expert speaking partner for our customers on cybersecurity topics.• Guiding and training product managers in cybersecurity requirements.• Fulfilling the tasks needed to receive and maintain security certificates.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's or higher degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Communications and Information Technology, Mathematics or a related field. Strong command and 5+ years of experience in IT cybersecurity operational topics for cloud-based systems. In-depth knowledge of existing and evolving regulations and security standards for IoT applications. Enthusiastic for methodologies regarding Data Loss Prevention, Digital Rights Management, Data Atomization, Data Classification, Tokenization and encryption, data masking. Independent, cooperative and respectful with colleagues. Knowledge of tools and processes around SecDevOps. Knowledge of threat modeling and security monitoring tools is a plus. Experience in application of cryptography, cybersecurity testing and forensics is a plus. Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English.
