Job Description/Responsibilities

Are you passionate about shaping how shoppers engage with brands online? As the E-Global Merchandiser, you'll take the lead in bringing the Sazerac portfolio to life across eCommerce platforms, ensuring that our products stand out and convert customers through optimized content and perfect digital shelf execution.

What You'll Be Responsible For in the Role:

Drive eCommerce Excellence: Execute a global e-merchandising strategy in collaboration with local sales teams, brand teams, and external agencies to ensure our products capture attention and drive sales.

Content Creation & Coordination: Work closely with The Shop, Sazerac’s Creative Team, to develop online master content for both Online Retail and DTC/.com brand channels, ensuring that our digital presence is impactful and consistent.

Localization & Adaptation: Manage the adaptation and localization of content across all markets, partnering with external agencies to meet local retailer specifications and shopper behaviors.

Content Syndication: Lead the implementation of content on retailer websites and Brand DTC/.com platforms, ensuring our products are represented accurately and compellingly across all digital touchpoints.

Performance Optimization: Track and analyze key performance metrics using e-monitoring and digital shelf tools to continually optimize merchandising strategies. Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for search visibility and customer engagement.

Enhance Online Shopping Experience: Monitor the online shopping experience continuously, identifying opportunities to improve site navigation, product discovery, and overall user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, sales, creative, and IT teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to digital merchandising that aligns with broader company goals.

Industry & Trend Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive innovation and keep our eCommerce strategies ahead of the curve.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Partner with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely product availability on DTC/.com platforms, supporting a seamless shopping experience.

Support Local e-Sales: Provide support to local e-sales teams with online retail operations as needed, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.

Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all product listings and digital content adhere to company standards, industry regulations, and best practices, maintaining our brand’s integrity online.

Omnichannel Alignment: Collaborate with Shopper Marketing teams to align digital and in-store experiences, creating a seamless and integrated omnichannel experience for our customers.

REQUIREMENTS to be Successful in this Role:

Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in charge of E-Merchandising & Digital Shelf for Global brands. True digital global e-merchandising experience - Global to US. Experience with the UK and EU Hands-on experience with managing and optimizing product listings on e-commerce platforms being the main partner of local sales and brands teams.Solid expertise on digital shelf optimization, e-business platforms, content creation, management and syndication systems, and e-monitoring tools.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Content Design programs for minor adjustments when required.Proven ability to collaborate with Shopper Marketing teams to align digital and in-store experiences.Strong skills managing internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, especially wiring with Sales, Brand, Shopper Marketing and Creative Teams. Exceptional project and time management and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and highest standards of quality for content delivery across regions, markets and retailers. Previous experience in FMCG, Spirits or Beverages a plus.Strong communication Skills
