**Core Responsibilities**
**_Pick a Brick Delivery management (80%)_**
+ Working closely with the Pick a Brick specialist in the Delivery team, support ongoing tactical initiatives, spanning from warehousing and operations to assortment and replenishment processes.
+ Investigate, assess and prepare documentation to enable the creation of Business Cases to increase warehouse capacity, streamline operations and scalability opportunities.
+ Proactively drive collaboration and create the right conditions for cross functional teams to work together effectively, like: warehousing, fulfilment, finance, platform and systems, portfolio etc.
+ Plan, project manage and coordinate the active streams, with clear milestone plans and timelines in place.
+ Support the lego.com Pick a Brick trading team, if and when needed.
**_Additional initiatives Delivery Management (20%)_**
+ Potentially support additional Global ecommerce initiatives with a cross functional nature.

Our Pick a Brick business has been growing at an exceptional pace, and we have constraints in multiple areas, such as warehousing, systems and processes and need to investigate how to make this scalable.
This temporary assignment role will be part of the Delivery team, within Growth and Optimisation in Global Ecommerce, and will play a vital role in enabling the full potential for Pick a Brick.
**Do you have what it takes?**
The requirements to succeed in this role are the following:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
+ General business understanding of ecommerce and direct to consumer sales processes.
+ Proven working experience in Supply Chain and warehousing essential.
+ Strong and shown project management capabilities.
+ Ability to follow and understand complicated processes and dependencies.
+ Excellent communicator, who can simplify and clarify complex concepts, with experience in communication material for various organizational levels.
+ Highly developed collaboration skills to work across many departments within international teams, with different time zones to manage.
+ English – proficiency level is a must. Other languages are a plus.
Moreover, it would be an advantage if you can also demonstrate:
+ Strong project management & change management skills (trainings / certificates).
+ System and financial processes knowledge.
+ Problem solving with a "roll-up-your-sleeves", "get it done" mentality.
+ Self-starter keen to take initiative, can work independently.
