The job scopes are as follows:

1) Organizational Development:

Enhance the project management capabilities of the international engineering team (India).Establish standard engineering workflows.Establishing a standard working hours and costing rate system.Develop a project quality control system.Collaborate with the headquarters in China.Cultivate project managers with international project management capabilities.Establish a core cross-functional team within the organization to support multiple projects.Support the Continuous Improvement philosophy by providing expert input and lessons learned to improve all aspects of the Project Management Process and the deployment initiative.

2) Key Projects Management:

Serve as the single point of responsibility for all aspects of the project to the customer and management.Establish project execution organization and procedures.Clarify the scope of supply and service.Plan, monitor, and control Project Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Risk, Change Orders, Invoices/Payments, and Documentation.Review and check the project milestone progress status.Report project progress and any hold-ups to the customer on a monthly basis.Conduct regular walkthroughs and design reviews with the project team.Manage engineering support from HQ specialist engineers and sub-vendors.Oversee site work for installation, start-up, and commissioning.Ensure quality throughout the project.Ensure a smooth handover of the project to the service team.Prepare a job summary at the end of the project.Coordinate with OML for invoicing, packing, and shipping.Coordinate with the Finance department for project turnover and closure
