The Global Enterprise Solutions Finance Analyst is responsible for driving g lobal experience and exposure to diverse teams from Commercial, Execution Project Management teams, Operations, Manufacturing, in addition to Finance collaboration. This position reports to the Director, Finance - Manufacturing Capacity Solutions and will be located onsite in Marlborough, MA. What you will do: + Act as a business partner to the Enterprise functional leaders, providing day to day support to drive the timely and profitable operational / financial execution of the Global Enterprise (Flex Factory, Kubio) projects. + Prepare and lead the monthly forecast reviews / Ops reviews / annual budget planning, providing financial estimates from Sales to Op Profit, and incorporate project progress and deal margin status updates. Support R&D projects tracking, headcount forecasting, project cost tracking; improving say-do ratio, and driving accountability towards achieving budgeted spend. + Support Global reporting requirements via post close financial reporting, project margin analysis, as well in-depth profitability analysis and post-mortem reviews where applicable. + Responsible for timely and profitable execution of all Enterprise projects, globally – including, decision making and business partner support as it relates project change orders to maintain cash positive positions, healthy margin, appropriate discounting, and strategic decisions to support Cytiva’s long term strategy. + Various Ad-hoc projects supporting global MCS finance and operational team initiatives. ​Who you are: + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience OR Master Degree with 0 years. + Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives, and drive positive change & clear thinking / problem solving: ability to work cross functionally and lead projects/process improvement initiatives; quickly grasp new idea and concepts. Ability to clearly communicate complex financial results to a non-financial audience. + Expertise in developing forecasts and operating plans and leading business and financial reviews. + Strong oral and written communication skills, along with being an opinionated, visible leader, not shy to challenge the status quo. + Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite, experience with financial systems / applications (i.e. Oracle, OneStream, SFDC preferred), strong Excel skills essential (managing large amounts of data, vlookups, pivot tables, financial modelling), with some experience in visualization tools strongly preferred (preferably QlikSense). The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
