The Global Finance Director will provide strong analytics and insights through P&L analysis, reporting tools, and business partnership for the $200M Global Service business of Videojet.  This role is the key finance business partner to the Global Service Vice President, and will collaborate cross-functionally and across global finance teams to drive business results, while also creating annual plans and monthly forecasts across the full P&L. This is an excellent opportunity to strengthen business analytics, bring in process improvements and create a strong partnership across the global regions for this channel. This role is also responsible for ensuring compliance with company financial policies and processes, and for timely and accurate financial reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key business partner to Global Service VP providing financial reporting, P&L analysis, and business insights on opportunities and challenges within the Global Service organizationDevelop financial reporting that provides P&L visibility for the global service organization and insights at the regional level to explain month-end results and forecast changesOwn the actuals, forecast and budget process for the North America and Europe region service P&L’s.  Lead developing new processes including partnering with the service leadership teams and local country controllers to meet deliverables.Partner with the North America Service leadership team to develop financial model that incorporates key assumptions and levers to drive an accurate and explainable actuals/forecast.Develop growth and profitability models in partnership with the Service channel leadership that can be applied across regions and used to drive multi-year strategy.Collaborate with other regional finance directors to optimize service model and understand key drivers of performance.Serve as a thought leader to improve and simplify processes, drive standardization, and build scalable financial solutions.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance functions including accounting, costing and/or FP&A, with 5+ years in FP&A rolesMBA in finance or accounting preferredExperience supporting a large labor field-based organization preferred.Experiences in comprehensive P&L and working capital management.Global experience preferred.Strong business understanding and acumen; Proficiency in financial analysis; able to identify variations and trends that indicate possible exposures and the need for countermeasuresDemonstrated ability to synthesize significant data and detail to determine meaningful and summarized drivers and actions.Demonstrated track record of business partnering skills in a matrix organization.Strong interpersonal skills; able to serve as a business partnerExperience with Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools such as Oracle, One Stream, Hyperion

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
