What You'll Do

Founded in 2022, the Enterprise Services (ES) organization delivers efficient, resilient, and scalable services globally, supporting BCG's diverse teams. It is an evolving BCG organization that is predominantly focused on providing Global Business Services (GBS) activities to every part of BCG. It includes a range of business-critical services and expertise, including Global Finance & Operations Services (GF&OS), Procurement & Payables, Travel, Meetings & Events, Case Team Services, ClientView (Lead-to-Cash), Real Estate, Executive Support Services, and Business Insights and Analytics; supported by transversal expertise in our product portfolios and excellence functions. As part of the Global Finance & Operations Services (GF&OS) team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Global Risk Risk function and specifically our Compliance and Data Protection Office (DPO) by providing first-level support for requests and queries, as well as managing compliance follow-ups. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, reporting on  global training campaigns, managing incoming requests and queries to various Risk mailboxes (such as the DPO, Data Subjects, and ABC mailboxes), and carrying out specific tasks assigned by the Risk teams. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple global locations to ensure the efficient execution of compliance-related activities. Additionally, you will support the tracking, reporting, and validation of compliance data to maintain accuracy and adherence to global risk and compliance standards. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective management of inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any compliance issues. Roles and responsibilities: Monitor and manage multiple compliance-related mailboxes (e.g., DPO, ABC, Data Subjects) to ensure timely and accurate handling of all incoming requests and queries. Prioritize and categorize requests based on urgency and type, ensuring high-priority matters are addressed promptly. Track and log all incoming requests, queries, and issues to maintain an organized and up-to-date record. Identify requests that require escalation and ensure they are directed to the appropriate team or individual for further review or approval. Ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders (e.g., HRBPs, PSG, Regional Compliance Leads) to ensure their actions or feedback are captured and aligned with compliance objectives. Regularly communicate with requestors to provide updates on the status of their queries and ensure clarity around next steps. Support the coordination of global compliance training campaigns by sending reminders via email or internal platforms, ensuring compliance deadlines are met. Manage communications for training completion, providing updates on progress and participation.Maintain accurate records of all requests, resolutions, and escalations, ensuring proper documentation for audit purposes. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on mailbox activity, request volumes, response times, and escalations to provide insight into operational performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Legal, HR, and Finance to ensure compliance queries are handled effectively and in line with company policies. Assist in the preparation and distribution of end-of-campaign reports summarizing key metrics, outcomes, and areas for improvement Identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement within the mailbo

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or related field preferred¿ 4-6 years of relevant experience serving in Global Operations teams (Finance, Risk & Compliance, HR, other…) Prior experience of working in a global finance & operations team and setup is required Demonstrated business acumen with experience working in complex, global organizations¿ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and adaptable to other software applications and tools Strong analytical skills and excellent research abilities. Knowledge of advanced Excel skills and/or experience with other analytical tools, including the design, enhancement and maintenance of complex spreadsheets and databases¿
