In Group Business Control at Mölnlycke, we create value by leading, planning, and developing the product costing process for the group, implementing simplification, automation, and digitalization, both short and long-term.
About the Job:
As a Global Financial Controller Operations, there is great opportunity and variety in activity day to day. You’ll be leading the product costing process, ensuring milestones are delivered in a timely manner, and harmonizing finance processes across manufacturing.

As Global Financial Controller Operations, you’ll be guiding and shaping the product costing process. You’ll be our knowledge expert in our finance processes, reporting and structures when it comes to manufacturing, collaborating with a multi-functional team to drive forward our harmonization, automation, and digitalization agenda.
Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to ensure our costing processes support this focus.
Key Accountabilities:
+ Develop and implement a global target operating model for manufacturing, defining the desired state of the Finance function, including its structure, processes, systems, and people.
+ Oversee the operational P&L reporting of manufacturing, including documentation and further development. (FUIS – Factory Income Statement)
+ Harmonize and optimize a fit-for-purpose manufacturing forecast process.
+ Lead the harmonization and simplification of finance processes and ways of working across manufacturing.
+ Manage the entire product costing update process, from setting the time plan to rolling out the new costing in the operational model.
+ Coordinate the manufacturing network and act as a liaison between finance and IT.
+ Implement costing principles in line with Mölnlycke’s long-term vision.
+ Continuously improve the current costing process.

What You’ll Need:
+ A relevant finance degree
+ +10 years of experience, whereof at least 5-10 years of experience in costing and manufacturing controlling
+ Excellent skills in Excel and SAP/S4 Hana, primarily in costing and manufacturing finance
+ Fluent in English
