The Finance Manager, Global FP&A will lead financial planning and analysis for Videojet, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior management. This role is responsible for forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting, ensuring the company’s financial health and supporting decision-making processes.  The individual will also partner with other finance colleagues to continuously improve financial reporting and forecasting processes to drive improved accuracy and efficiency on the team. This individual contributor position reports directly to the Senior Director, Global FP&A.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and consolidate financial planning and analysis activities for Videojet’s global regions and functions.Develop, manage, and refine the monthly actual reporting and forecasting processes, and provide support on the annual budget process as needed.Create and maintain new financial models that explain results and forecasts (ex. volume, rate, mix) that drive improved understanding of the business.Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, to senior management.Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Collaborate with accounting to streamline financial close processes and financial reporting.Serve as a thought leader to improve and simplify processes, drive standardization, and build scalable financial solutions.Strengthen business analytics through creation of segmented profitability by business, product technologies, channels and detailed analysis of operating expenses; Analyze and monitor return on planned investments.Identify and drive initiatives to manage operating expenses within plan/ budget, drive indirect spending actions to deliver targeted annual savings.Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the global finance teams and with business partners.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting preferred and9+ years of combined finance and accounting experience with Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years with Master’s DegreeCPA or MBA preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated leadership as part of a cross-functional teamTechnical acumen, creative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environmentMust possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work assignments with limited guidance in a changing environmentOutstanding communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.Advanced computer skills with MS software (Excel, Word, and Outlook)Experience with OneStream a plusExperience with large ERP system and Tableau/BI tools a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
