Global Gaming Marketing Coordinator

The Global Gaming Marketing Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to support Global Gaming Marketing initiatives with planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs. The Global Gaming Marketing Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to conduct market research, synthesize and communicate deliverables for Global Gaming Marketing initiatives as directed by the Sr. Manager, Global Gaming Guest Journey. Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness for initiatives across brands. As such, the Global Gaming Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining new processes to support this function as well as be responsible for the processing of invoices for Global Gaming Marketing projects. The Global Gaming Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for the developing agendas and minutes for team meetings as deemed appropriate by the Sr. Manager, Global Gaming Guest Journey. In addition to these main functions, it will be the Global Gaming Marketing Coordinator’s role to support the Global Gaming Marketing team and Global Gaming Operations with various other administrative tasks as deemed appropriate by the Director, Global Gaming Marketing.

Qualifications:

Education:  High School Diploma or GED.  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred. Work Experience:  5+ years of administration and/or cruise industry experience Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: Computer skills, including email and office tools Other Requirements:  Work effectively with a diverse team, proven ability to manage a dispersed team

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Project management tools; CRM tools 

Physical Demands:  Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. 

Travel:   Less than 25% with shipboard travel likely

Work Conditions:  Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.  Hybrid role-75% remote, 25% in office.

This position is classified as "in-office." As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida from Tuesday through Thursday.  Employees may work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Some positions may require additional in-office time each week and final schedule is determined by your leader.  Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
