It's up to 24 months, fast-track managerial programme that's geared specifically for high-potential Individuals.

Our Finance Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT Finance departmentsof Corporate Finance, Statutory Finance, Commercial Finance work together to achieve outstanding business results.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics or similarRecently graduated and/or up to 3 years of professional experiencePassion for Finance and a general knowledge of its core functionsStrong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong intercultural competencies from international experiencesSelf-motivation, willingness to take initiative and a drive to succeedNational and/or international mobilityProficiency in English (both written & spoken); Polish – nice to have
