Global GRIDS Security Administrator
Reinsurance Solutions has a proprietary application called GRIDS where all Reinsurance business is entered and processed globally. We manage all GRIDS Data and Access for New Hires, Transfers, Changes and Terminations while following the Sarbanes Oxley Guidelines. We will train so the candidates have a basic knowledge of Reinsurance and GRIDS as well as detailed knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley and ERS. You must have robust customer service skills and be comfortable working directly with our internal clients, IT Developers and Auditors of all types. What the day will look like Candidate will be responsible for: Entering SOX Compliant, accurate and detailed information in the Employee Role Security Application (ERS), the backbone of GRIDS ensuring Quality Assurance for GRIDS Access. Monitoring 4 regional mailboxes (on a schedule) where individual requests arrive Take action on various Workday Reports each week for Hires, Terminations and Transfers. Obtain proper approval from designated Authorized Approvers to ensure that all SOX regulations and rules are being followed for data and access and segregation of duties requirements are being met. Complete assignments for the annual Sarbanes Oxley Role and Segregation of Duties Review Respond to EY, GSS and SOX Auditor walk through and audit requests throughout the year as well as Aon Internal Audit requests.
