We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our Business Unit Electrification & Automation (BU EA) as the Head (f/m/d) of Global Operations.

In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of our global manufacturing network, driving capacity expansions, operational efficiencies, and future-proofing our production footprint with ground-breaking technologies.

What part will you play?

Lead all aspects of the entire global manufacturing network, ensuring seamless and efficient operations across all facilities.

Lead capacity expansion projects and drive the development of a future-ready manufacturing footprint to support BU EA's growth ambitions.

Leverage digitalization and automation technologies to boost operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the network.

Encourage and lead a diverse team of operations professionals, providing mentorship, and support to achieve strategic and operational goals.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, scaling production capacities to meet growing customer demands.

Manage order-related mechanical and electrical engineering processes, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries to customers, while actively seeking to improve customer satisfaction through continuous feedback.

Collaborate with the Sales and PLM team to optimize product portfolio allocation from factories to target markets, ensuring seamless market alignment.


What you need to make real what matters:

We are looking for an inspiring leader who can balance operational efficiency with innovative thinking to take our manufacturing operations to the next level. Here’s what you’ll need:

A bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field with an affinity to digitalization.

Proven international experience as a Head (f/m/d) of Operations/Manufacturing or a similar leadership role, including expertise in managing capacity expansions, introducing new products and scaling production facilities.

Deep knowledge of complex manufacturing systems, with a clear vision for Industry 4.0 advancements.

Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record to empower and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, using a data-driven approach to make strategic decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with partners across all levels.

Proven ability to lead change and drive transformational initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
