Global Head of Automotive Sales

Position Overview: Join a prominent global firm as the Global Head of Automotive. This pivotal role is centred on enhancing automotive logistics solutions across Asia, with a primary base in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and execute business development strategies to expand automotive logistics services across the region.

– Drive collaboration with customers across all product lines, including freight forwarding, road, and contract logistics solutions.

– Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate key markets in the automotive sector.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, manufacturers, and stakeholders. – Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

– Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective partners and clients.

– Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

– Proven track record in business development and management within the automotive logistics sector.

– Extensive knowledge of logistics needs specific to the automotive industry.

– Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

– Self-driven with a collaborative mindset and ability to work independently.

– Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
