Position Overview:

As the Global Head of Early Talent at Sanofi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to attract, develop, and retain top-tier early talent across the globe. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive global early talent strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and values.Drive innovation in talent acquisition, development, and retention practices to stay ahead of industry trends and attract top-tier candidates.Collaborate with senior executives and key stakeholders to align early talent initiatives with business goals and priorities.

Talent Acquisition and Pipeline Development:

Lead efforts to identify, attract, and recruit high-potential early talent from diverse backgrounds, including universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, professional organizations, and industry networks to enhance the company's brand as an employer of choice for early career professionals.Implement programs and initiatives to cultivate a robust talent pipeline and ensure a steady influx of skilled individuals to support the company's future growth and success.

Early Career Development and Engagement:

Design and oversee early career development programs, including internships, rotational assignments, and leadership development initiatives, to foster the professional growth and retention of early talent.Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to early career employees to help them navigate their career paths within the organization and achieve their full potential.Promote a culture of continuous learning and development by offering training opportunities, resources, and networking events tailored to the needs of early talent.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where all individuals, regardless of background or identity, can thrive and contribute to the company's success.Integrate DEI principles into talent acquisition, development, and retention practices to ensure equitable access to opportunities and promote a culture of belonging and respect.

Performance Management and Metrics

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of early talent programs and initiatives, and regularly assess and report on progress to senior leadership.Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies to optimize the recruitment, development, and retention of early career professionals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience (10+ years) in talent acquisition, talent management, or human resources leadership roles, with a focus on early career development and recruitment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies and programs that attract, retain, and develop early career talent.Strong leadership presence and ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.Deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire early career professionals at all levels of the organization.Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
