**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Develop Global Lean Strategies:** Formulate and implement comprehensive Lean strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals. Work collaboratively with senior leadership to integrate Lean principles into our corporate strategy, ensuring that every team and region has the tools to excel.
+ **Training and Mentoring: Training and Capability Building:** Develop and implement a LEAN strategy and LEAN training strategy Design and deliver inclusive Lean training programs that build internal capabilities across diverse regional teams. Provide mentorship and coaching to regional Lean leaders, promoting a culture where team members are empowered to reach their full potential. Support the growth of a diverse group of Lean leaders, ensuring effective deployment of Lean methodologies at all levels of the organization.
+ **Monitoring and Reporting:** Establish clear and measurable KPIs to track the effectiveness of Lean initiatives and continuously improve processes. Monitor progress and provide senior management with regular, actionable updates on Lean implementation and outcomes. Conduct site visits and audits to ensure adherence to Lean principles while identifying areas for improvement, always keeping inclusivity and diverse perspectives in mind.
+ **Collaboration and Communication:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct Lean projects and initiatives that span multiple regions and departments. Facilitate open communication and knowledge sharing across diverse teams, ensuring Lean best practices are standardized and accessible globally. Promote a culture of collaboration and inclusivity in every Lean initiative.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Identify and act on opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions that benefit all stakeholders. Manage and support Lean projects that ensure operational efficiency and enhance customer value. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Lean methodologies, ensuring the company remains leading in operational excellence while considering diverse global perspectives.
**Qualifications:**
+ Education at the Bachelor, Master, or PhD level in a relevant field.
+ Extensive experience in Lean manufacturing or related fields, with a focus on improving operational excellence in diverse and intricate environments.
+ Solid experience in Lean manufacturing, with efficient execution of Lean principles across global or multi-site operations.
+ Deep knowledge and proficiency in Lean management, with the ability to adapt strategies to different cultural and operational contexts.
+ Proficient ability to direct and manage teams Strong team management and management experience with a process-driven mindset, demonstrating a focus on developing capable, diverse teams.
+ Skilled project management skills, with the ability to adequately prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
+ Solid intercultural communication skills, with an effective ability to engage and connect with teams from different backgrounds and regions.
+ A readiness-prepared approach to problem-solving, with the ability to cope with new challenges and work during intense periods.
+ Focus on coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential and continuously improve performance.
