Global Head of Payroll
Description We are in search of a Payroll Manager to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This role involves overseeing a shared service center and managing a team of employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll systems and shared service centers and will be able to work effectively with stakeholders and corporate partners. Responsibilities: • Overseeing shared service centers • Supervising a sizable team of employees • Handling the processing of global payroll for a significant number of full-time employees. • Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the payroll system, preferably with experience in UKG Pro or UKG Ready. • Interacting effectively with stakeholders and corporate partners on a global scale. • Adapting to the needs and requirements of the company, demonstrating flexibility in managing tasks and responsibilities. • Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and Automated Payroll to ensure the smooth running of payroll functions. • Administering employee benefits such as 401k - RRSP Administration. • Managing domestic and multi-state payroll for over 500 employees. • Overseeing in-house payroll management and international payroll functions. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role or in the field of payroll management • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is essential • Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration is required • Familiarity with the 'About Time' software would be an advantage • Should have experience in managing Benefit Functions • Proficiency in UKG Pro and UKG Ready software is required • Must have experience with Automated Payroll, Domestic Payroll, and Multi-state Payroll • Experience in managing Payroll for over 500 Employees is crucial • Experience with In-House Payroll is necessary • Must have a strong understanding of Payroll Management and Payroll Functions • Experience in International Payroll and Shared Services is a plus • Must have excellent communication and leadership skills • Demonstrable ability to develop and implement payroll strategies on a global scale is required • Must have a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary • Must have a high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive change across diverse teams, are necessary.
