Our Mars Wrigley (MW) ambition is to become a large Snacking business worth $30B Net sales by 2030 vs $17B in 2022. To support this ambition, as a next chapter of our acceleration strategy, MW will develop a new set of One Demand organizational capabilities and transformational programs (RTM Multiplier) such as intelligent Perfect Store. Driving penetration and Snacking Category Growth is at the heart of our Ambition. In that context, we estimated Conversion on our core business through Intelligent Perfect Store and excellence in execution to be worth incr ~$2.8B NSV. This transformation will deliver 31% of the needed organic growth that Mars will need to deliver for our 2030 ambition.
To achieve this ambition, we will need to turn our Perfect Store Program into an Intelligent Perfect Store Program, more grounded on insights, more holistic in channel coverage and to be deployed at scale across the different geographies.
Fragmented trade will be a key priority within the RTM multiplier by leveraging our current reach and conversion across several location unlocking a global SOP of $200mil of NSV.
The Head of IPS Asia will play a pivotal role as a transformative leader, spearheading the development and implementation of an innovative Omnichannel Perfect Store program. This individual will be responsible for driving impactful change within the business, leveraging the program to secure enduring competitive advantages for Mars Snacking.
This position will collaborate closely with the Head of IPS Latin America and MEA, to lead the strategic framework for Fragmented Trade integrating specific channels insights and best practices garnered from their experience in implementing the program across various countries. Additionally, the role will establish robust governance structures to drive widespread deployment and scalability of the program effectively.
In term of deployment, the scope of the role will include China/ South East Asia and Australia. This role will be in charge to audit the programs through an omnichannel X Ray, align the PICOFS and set up a plan of corrective actions collaboratively with local and other global sales functions. Furthermore, this position will ensure that the iPS program is deployed in line with the key principles of the iPS Mars Snacking program ensuring the key strategical initiatives (ODDA programs and IR) are deployed at scale.
It is also expected that the role will drive clear connection between our Category Strategy (Consumer Centric Snacking Category Vision) and the Picture of Success by collaborating with global one demand functions to support the MMH definition, the executional priorities, and the MVP KPI for the location in charge.
In the broader Intelligent Perfect Store team, the Global Head of IPS Asia will hold a pivotal role in spearheading change management initiatives. This includes orchestrating the transition of our IPS program from a field-specific initiative to an enterprise-wide endeavor.

Key Member of the Intelligent Perfect Store Steerco, this job will be crucial in the achievement of the $2.800 mil of NSV that Mars Snacking must deliver in conversion in line with 2030 ambition.Continuously updating intelligent Perfect Store Playbook in Fragmented Trade; design and align key strategic shifts and translate in transformation priorities (resources, mindset, timing). Work in close collaboration with the Head of Latin America/MEA and the Global IPS Director to integrate all best practices generated in countries where the program was embedded to leverage quality of our iPS Playbook on FT.Serve as the preferred spokesperson for Traditional Trade and Convenience Stores MMH and collaborate with Category Leadership to define and prioritize key executional strategies for those channels.Member of the IPS Team, this role will be pivotal in leading the change management program for the function globally. Designing an efficient process to turn Perfect Store into an enterprise program, to implement it at a global and local level.Work collaboratively with country leaders to harmonize executional goals and strategies, fostering alignment with the company's overarching objectives through the annual PICOFS alignment process.Drive the Omnichannel Xray initiative for China, Southeast Asia, India, and Australia, working closely with regional and local teams to analyze and optimize omnichannel Program. Partner with Head of D Com iPS to support the comprehensive review and enhancement of omnichannel performance across these regions.Develop and implement action plans based on the findings of the Omnichannel Xray, ensuring targeted improvements are executed to enhance market performance.Support the deployment of ODDA programs in collaboration with the ODDA team, ensuring seamless integration and utilization across relevant functions.Assist in the deployment of IR (Intelligent Retail) tools in partnership with the Digital Transformation (DT) team, promoting their effective use to enhance retail operations and decision-making processes.Develop and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure the quality and effectiveness of the program across the different geographies.Cultivate a cohesive community within the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment around a shared goal of program excellence.Stay tuned to the external best practices for Fragmented Trade and integrate – where relevant - in MW intelligent Perfect Store model in order to build advantage.Context and Scope
