Job Responsibilities :

The Global Head of Razer's Marketing & Community is responsible for driving Razer’s brand presence in Razer's retail locations worldwide through dynamic marketing programs, including product launches, gaming events, community engagement and live demos. This person will also develop and execute a global marketing strategy that aligns with both regional and global gaming cultures while preserving the Razer brand’s integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement global marketing initiatives that enhance the Razer brand in stores, featuring engaging events and product demonstrations.

Develop strategies that integrate global and regional gaming trends and maintain brand consistency.

Work with marketing, product development, and eSports teams to design captivating in-store experiences and boost brand visibility.

Partner with senior leaders in marketing, eSports, product, and operations for seamless program execution.

Serve as the main contact between headquarters and regional retail leaders to ensure effective rollout and messaging of global initiatives.

Assist regional marketing managers in adapting global strategies to fit local market needs.

Enhance the retail environment by incorporating cutting-edge gaming technologies and trends.

Collaborate with community managers and eSports teams to organize events and tournaments that build a loyal customer base.

Cultivate relationships with influencers and gaming communities to broaden RazerStore’s impact.

Implement strategies to turn store visitors into active Razer community members, fostering brand loyalty.

Develop and track KPIs and community growth metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize program success.

Oversee the global marketing budget for retail programs, ensuring resource efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.

Stay updated on gaming trends and customer feedback to continually enhance the RazerStore experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 8-10 years of relevant experience

Proven experience in global marketing and retail management.

Strong understanding of gaming culture and trends.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to manage budgets and evaluate performance metrics.

Innovative mindset with a focus on customer engagement and community building.

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$118,170.00 - $196,950.00
