Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Controlling, or a related field 3 years experience within a senior role in finance controlling Strategic and Operational Oversight: Collaborate with the Performance & Planning team to manage the annual budget, in-year forecasting, and rolling plans Financial Analysis and Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely financial reports—monthly, quarterly, and annually Invoicing and Cash Flow Management: Supervise cash flow processes, oversee invoicing activities, and manage associated reporting requirements Controlling Framework Enhancement: Lead advancements in the internal controlling system to support business operations Leadership and Team Development: Guide and mentor the Group Controlling team, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment Controlling Framework Enhancement: Lead advancements in the internal controlling system to support business operations
