THE ROLE

The Global Head of Transformation is a critical leadership role responsible for driving strategic transformation initiatives across AllSaints, reporting into the Global Director of Transformation.

This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the brand by managing a portfolio of large-scale change programs that enhance improve our ways of working and customer experience to drive business growth. This role requires a highly strategic change leader with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs in the retail or fashion industry.

This role forms part of the Global Transformation Leadership team, which comprises of Technology Delivery, Information Security, Technology Operations, Tech for North America and Development.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?Leading Product Ownership, Business Analysis and Change Management capabilities, this role is pivotal to shaping and driving the transformation agenda, working closely with the Global Director of Transformation and partnering with key stakeholders from across the organisationYour primary focus initially will be to drive process improvement across our end-to-end product lifecycle, from planning all the way through to when our product is ready to be distributed, ahead of significant technology investment later in the yearYou will also stand over a number of in-flight projects at various stages of the product lifecycle, from an MPOS rollout to a number of exciting discovery initiativesYou will lead by example in setting the standard for delivery within your teams, exemplifying best practice across every discipline within your remitYou will drive business case creation for new initiatives, partnering with relevant stakeholders within technology and the wider organisation WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?You have exceptional relationship management skills, with an ability to build connections and influence at all levels and really put your stakeholders at the heart of your decision makingYou are a strong problem solver, taking the most complex of challenges and finding new and innovative ways to solve themTenacity and belief to succeed - you aim high, setting challenging targets and deadlines for your team to work toward.
