Description Calling established HR Professionals who are looking to join a global organization and exercise their HR skills!! We are looking for an individual with experience managing a global HR Team and who has a passion for making the workplace an enjoyable experience. Experience with employee relations, benefits, payroll, performance management, and policy/employment law will also be critical. Responsibilities include: + Employee Relations + Policy Creation and Maintain an up-to-date employee handbook. + Oversee employee benefits, including medical, PTO, 401(k), and payroll accuracy. + Ensure timely and accurate payroll while adhering to tax and labor laws. + Manage employee records and oversee compliance processes. + Align HR strategies with business goals and foster a positive company culture. + Administer feedback systems and recognition programs. + Ensure adherence to international labor laws and update policies as needed. + Lead and mentor a global HR team in the U.S. and Middle East.
