What You'll Do
As part of our HR Shared Services’ team you will be responsible to lead and be accountable for successful delivery of HR Operational processes of various employment lifecycle across various Geos. You will also be focused on continuous processes improvement and broadening of the scope of services delivered while maintaining process KPIS and SLAs. You will partner with the Hub HR and other Functional teams to facilitate, support and execute organizational procedures and participate in transformational journeys as required. As Global Services India continues to grow we seek a seasoned HR Shared Services Leader professional with the ability to scale as our organization transforms over the coming years.
Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
• Lead and manage and oversee all HR operational processes related to employee lifecycle in alignment with regional compliances and organizational policies and provide strategic direction to the team
• Ensure to maintain and monitor the service level KPIs and SLAs as defined for the processes
• Accountable for work allocation and ensure focus on improving the team’s productivity & deliver high efficiencies and have a mechanism to effectively measure performance metrics
• Administer and maintain WD related datapoints and ensure 100% accuracy data integrity
• Effectively manage any queries escalated and ensure that any issues are dealt with organizational guidelines and within defied timeline
• Drive the harmonization of HR processes across business units and identifying opportunity for optimization
• Effectively manage team’s and your responsibility, to achieve the targets and performance standards expected from the Shared Services organization
• Participate and lead in both internal and external audits as in when required
• Drive the evolution of the HR shared services function and develop a future focused HR Shared services strategy
• Identify and deliver service improvement activity through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of
innovative thinking
• Ability to understand business goals and market trends and leverage this insight to recommend and influence new approaches
• Actively represent GS Costa Rica within the wider Global HR community
• Work with key stakeholders and customers to continuously evaluate the HRSS service, monitoring feedback and operational activity to improve the overall service

What You'll Bring
• Bachelor / Master Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development or other related field.
• Minimum 6 - 8 years of progressive experience in a global and matrixed environment, providing guidance and influence to leaders
• Experience of managing and leading teams in an HR shared service environment that provides a wide range of services across the full employee lifecycle
• A track record of reliable and valuable delivery and continuous improvement in a shared service environment
• Knowledge and understanding of HR compliance, Administration, HR Generalist activities and Management Information (MI) reporting
• Experience and managing data requests with a good knowledge of Data Protection legislation, its implications, and the need to comply
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, sound judgement and the ability to juggle many competing priorities simultaneously
• Ability to influence leaders and is able to build and nurture relationships across organization
• Project Management experience to deliver operational excellence
• Comfortable in both working in detail and understanding the big picture; able to consider the ramifications of decisions on various constituencies
• Strong excel and PowerPoint skills, ideally Slack, Trello and Egnyte, Experience with HR Management systems like Workday and Case Management ServiceNow is a plus
• Flexibility to support the team to cater to a diverse, international set of stakeholders. Willingness to be flexible with regard to office timings
