As Global Inventory Verification Leader, you'll be responsible for directing and reporting on the inventory verification process for required counts on inventory of assets, inventory, or both. You will be viewed as the subject matter expert and will be able to educate the organization on best practices. You will also work to optimize verification policies and procedures while collaborating with Financial Controllership.
In this role, you'll also be responsible for:
Ensuring OFSE inventory and asset policies and processes are implemented and being followed.Ensuring compliance to all Inventory & Asset compliance Policies are adhered to including but not limited to Inventory verification, Customer Owned, Consigned and PPE Physical verification.Actioning any audit or compliance findings associated with inventory or assets.Producing, analyzing, and distributing reports to monitor status and trends such as inventory verification, variances, and other KPIs.Conducting bi-weekly meetings with stakeholders to review, define, and delegate inventory and asset verification tasks.Creating training materials and standard work procedures for functions and new processes to ensure uniform and consistent guidelines to perform duties.Acting as the centralized contact for COE inventory and asset verification to provide guidance and troubleshoot support.Collaborating with Supply Chain Controllership to propose policy changes that will drive inventory verification efficiency and results.Ensuring reports (tableau or ThoughtSpot) are tested, validated, and running as expected.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related discipline.Have 3+ years of experience in and/or outside the organization relevant to the duties of this role.Have previous experience in inventory verification, cycle count programs, root cause and corrective actions, inventory optimization & management, and asset utilization & management.Have a deep knowledge of SAP or Oracle MRP functionality.Be able to collaborate and influence stakeholders.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
